A Buffalo police officer was suspended without pay, yes, you heard right, after he was caught on video beating a man with his nightstick, ordering him to stand up, but beating him when he tried.
The video was recorded by a local news videographer who was on the scene, which goes to show you how out of control the cop was to do that in front of the media.
Other cops had to pull officer Corey Krug off to keep him from further beating the man in a parking lot.
Krug apparently has been sued before and will likely get sued again.

Look, I’m not at all for police brutality, and this obviously was. When something like this goes on, I’ll side with the beatee (the guy that got beat up), every time….but if he was out committing a crime, and was resisting arrest, or threatening an officer, I’ll be in the officer’s corner with my last dying breath! What I saw on the tape…not even fighting, but getting ready to fight isn’t a crime.

AGREED! There is a sharp difference between thinking about calling you a jack-ass and actually doing it. (not YOU! LOL) So don’t slap me because the thought crossed my mind. I feel for the men and women who put their lives on the line every day and have to face that crap but I don’t support brutality of any kind.
