4:30pm – “Lake Mary police spokeswoman Bianca Gillete said Zimmerman and Matthew Apperson were involved in the shooting, which took place about 12:45 p.m. on Lake Mary Boulevard near Rinehart Road, east of Interstate 4″… (link).
EXERPT FROM SEPTEMBER 2014 – Apperson told a 911 dispatcher Tuesday morning that he was driving his Honda Accord on Lake Mary Boulevard, made a U-turn and headed west-bound when a Honda Ridgeline truck pulled alongside and someone inside rolled down his window.
“George Zimmerman was the driver, and they were threatening to kick my ___ and to shoot me,” Apperson told the dispatcher.
Apperson said he pulled into a Circle K to find a phone so he could call for help when the Ridgeline made a maneuver to block him and “almost hit my car.”
Zimmerman “said he was going to shoot me dead,” Apperson told the dispatcher (more)
It would appear that Matthew Apperson is a psycho-stalker trying to gain fame by circling around George Zimmerman, and provoking contact.

WESH reports: George Zimmerman was involved in a shooting incident in Lake Mary on Monday afternoon, according to Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell. The shooting involved two men and happened on Lake Mary Boulevard, police said.
Officers at the scene said it appeared Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound, Bracknell said. “He walked normally into the ambulance, so he wasn’t being helped or nothing,” said witness Ricardo Berrare. Toward that end we initially identifiedsix false bricks, specific aspects of her intent, SA Mosby laid upona foundation she is building – cemented entirely with an activist agenda.
Today we are going to show Brick ten, and Brick eleven. Eventually this entire fabrication will collapse.
BRICK Ten – “Mind Made Up” – Evidence is now surfacing that Mosby had pre-determined to file charges before the Baltimore Police Department even gave her their investigative finding.
In fact, a sympathetic Police Commissioner Batts rushed to deliver what they had in hand, but remained unfinished (Thursday), the day before her announcement (Friday) because he was alerted to Mosby charging the Baltimore Sixthe following day.
[…] Police Commissioner Anthony Batts told CNN in an exclusive interview on Tuesday said Mosby called him about 10 minutes before she told the world about the charges.
However, Batts had an inkling that Mosby was preparing for a surprise move, according to people familiar with the matter, which is why he turned over his department’s findings a day ahead of the deadline he had set.(link)
This aspect is further cemented when you realize that Mosby’s office never asked a single investigator -who prepared the documents- a single question about the content therein.
Think about it – Less than 24 hours after receiving the rushed to completion investigative task of delivering the report, and not having asked a single question from any contributing member of the report, she filed charges.
BRICK Eleven – “Changed/Modified M.E. Report” – Research is also supporting a claim made by an anonymous source on the morning of Mosby’s announcement. A claim that Mosby’s office put political pressure on Medical Examiner, David Fowler, to change his report from cause of death “undetermined”, or “accidental”, to a specific cause of “homicide”.
[…] In addition, homicide investigators who were briefed by the medical examiner’s office believed the examiner’s autopsy report would likely find the cause of death to fall short of homicide, according to one official familiar with the case.
Instead, Mosby said that the medical examiner concluded that Gray’s death was a homicide and that Gray’s fatal injury to the head occurred in a police transport van that was taking him to the police precinct.
According to an official with Maryland’s office of the chief medical examiner, where Gray’s autopsy was performed, information was shared with police investigators throughout the process, a common practice.
But the official said there is only one conclusion on manner of death and that was contained in the final autopsy report delivered to Mosby on the same day she announced her decision to bring charges. (link)
It is important to read between the lines and apply Occam’s Razor to the highly controversial claim that political pressure was applied to change the report. Look at the highlighted segment above, what you’ll note is the same thing thatPage Croyder identified.
How can a medical examiner claim the “fatal injury” occurred specifically in the van?
Nothing in the Mosbyprobable cause statement identifies how this “fatal injury” could have occurred in the van, let alone DID occur in the van.
Why? Because there is doubtful any evidence Medical Examiner David Fowler could specifically point to indicating the specificity of the time/location.
*IMPORTANT* Remember, Mosby filed the charges within THREE HOURS of getting the M.E. report. Implying she already had the statement outlining probable cause –delivered at her press conference– written before she held the M.E. report. AND she had no other experts look at the report, nor question the determinations therein.
With the script already written, the only thing she needed that Friday morning was the report itself; and the report HAD TO show “homicide”.
However, even within the report as shared, David Fowler puts a huge flag on the content by specifying the time and location of the fatal injury.
If Fowler was feeling pressure, and not comfortable with the needed narrative, you might read that M.E. finding as him: giving what was demanded, yet simultaneously building inside the report a self-destruct mechanism easily deployed by anyone adversely impacted by the fraudulentuncomfortable construction therein.
The construct of the ME report -as stated by Mosby herself- completely removes any fatalliability from any of the officers prior to Freddie Gray being placed in the van. Given the nature of all the unknown variables, at least on the surface, it appears virtually impossible for Fowler to give such specificity; yet he does.
As Page Croyder pointed out, “how could he know” – and without Mosby questioning it, or asking for experts to confirm, how could she also be so certain?
So certain she was – that she alone chose, without any feedback from any investigative agent, to charge “depraved heart Murder 2” of officer Goodson the van driver.
(Via CNN) […] Another issue could arise from the team Mosby relied on to lead her case: one of her top investigators, Avon Mackel, is a former high-ranking Baltimore police officer who was stripped of his command post in 2009 for failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report. A Baltimore Sun report said police in the district were accused of classifying serious crimes as lesser in order to log lower crime rates.
In October 2009, four months after his demotion, Baltimore County police sent a SWAT team to Mackel’s home, responding a drunken incident in which he was seen holding a gun, according to a police report of the incident obtained by CNN.
Officers said an intoxicated Mackel refused to cooperate and was visibly upset, according to the report provided in response to a public records request. An officer then “observed the barrel of Mackel’s handgun hanging over the edge of the molding at the top of the steps and saw Mackel pull the gun out of sight,” the report said.
Police used a Taser on Mackel while he was on the phone with his father “crying and yelling,” before he barricaded himself in his bedroom. The report doesn’t say how the incident ended, but police said there was no arrest. A spokesman for the Baltimore County Police Department said “the [SWAT] tactical unit did assist with this incident, which ended peacefully.”
Mackel didn’t respond to calls and emails seeking comment. No one answered at his home.

North Korea has threatened to attack the US with nuclear weapons if the country “forces it to do so”.

The network said it was only allowed to conduct the interview on the basis that two portraits of former leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il were visible behind Park during filming.
In it, he escalated Pyongyang’s fiery rhetoric by claiming North Korea was nuclear-capable and equipped with long-range missiles he warned could reach mainland US.
“We are equipped with nuclear arsenals,” Park reiterated. “We may use them if we are forced by the US to do so.”
Park also outright denied the existence of brutal political camps detailed in a shocking report on human rights by the United Nations, claiming North Korean society “has no political strife, factions or political division” and therefore no need for the term “political prisoner”.
“If you talk about human rights in my country, I will talk about human rights in the United States,” he added. “You have racial riots taking place in the wake of the killing of so many black people by the police. You have prisons full of inmates and new techniques of torture being used.
“The US President and other high-ranking administration officials have acknowledged really severe forms of punishment on inmates in detention.”
Opposing police, defiance to legal requests, deterring roadways, and impedance

But that’s all it is, a story – more polish on the Potemkin Village known as Baltimore.
The truthful reality is what you won’t see discussed by Don Lemon, Anderson Cooper or Marc Lamont Hill.

Amidst the chaos in Baltimore, one proud American decided enough was enough and stepped in front of police lines to confront and shame hoodlum rioters into going home.
CNN cameras captured the man, a Vietnam veteran named Robert Valentine, taking a stand against the violent thugs the media ludicrously continues to refer to as ‘protesters’.
“I’ve seen violence… They need to have their butts at home. They need to be in their home units with their families studying and doing something with their life.” Valentine told the reporter.
The rioters, described as ‘children’, by CNN reporter Joe Johns, taunted Valentine, and hurled rocks and bricks at him and the police.
Valentine stood his ground, however, gesticulating back and yelling at the rioters to go home.
Valentine said he was “Just a soldier” standing up for his city and his country against those who wish to tear it down.
“I did 30 years, okay, came out a Master Sergeant.” Valentine said. “‘I’ve seen more than all this. I’ve been through the riots already.” he added.
“I love my country. I love my Charm City. I’m not black, white, red, yellow or nothing,” the brave veteran added.
Valentine added the rioters and looters are “do not respect this young man’s death,” referring to 25-year-old Freddie Gray, who died following a brutal an altercation with police last week.

Freddie Gray’s funeral in Baltimore Maryland was earlier today. Oddly several local officials paid their respects to Freddie Gray by taking selfies, and having their picture taken with the open funeral casket. (Not sure, but apparently this must be a culturally ok Baltimore thing)
However, multiple social media reports show that local students and professional agitators, local anarchists, have plans to use the publicity surrounding the funeral to generate support for their violent uprising. (live video feed below)
Moments ago – large group of juveniles and police in riot gear clashed near Mondawmin Mall on Monday afternoon, while the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and numerous downtown businesses closed early out of fears of violence downtown.
Lexington Market, a city courthouse and businesses including T. Rowe Price and Venable LLP said police warned them of large gatherings and protests downtown, days after protests over the death of Freddie Gray turned destructive.
According to widely circulated flier, a high school “purge” was to take place at 3 p.m., starting at Mondawmin Mall and ending downtown. Such memes have been known to circulate regularly among city school students, based on a film “The Purge,” about what would happen if all laws were lifted. (read more)
The U.S. State Department still plans on flying illegal immigrants into the United States on your tax dollar.
Despite a federal judge once again halting amnesty by executive action, the U.S. State Department, directly under President Obama, still plans on flying illegal immigrants into the United States. They are also potentially allowing millions of current or former illegal immigrants to fly in their children as well. Yes, the State Department is including former, or already deported, immigrants on their flights from Central America.
Judicial Watch first reported it to the news. The State Department hinted at it in an interview with National Review. The joint project between the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was addressed on the State Department website, which confirmed it. The State Department announced it in a teleconference. Even U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services (USCIS) has confirmed it. Every government office that has endorsed rolling along with the process, despite being in contempt of court, are under the Executive Branch of government. That places President Obama in direct responsibility for the project.
They are no longer calling it a program for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC). They are now calling it a program for Central American Minors (CAM). They are offering these illegal aliens a special refugee/parole that offers a free one-way flight to the U.S. from El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras. Not only do you get to pay for the flight, you get to pay for a whole list of benefits to these “children” from your taxes.
There is one glaring problem missed by the majority of the media — the “children” are not actually children.

Unmarried children of the qualifying child who are under the age of 21 can be included as derivatives.

This program is primarily aimed at minors, but a parent of the qualifying child may be included if:
He/she is part of the same household and economic unit as the qualifying child,
He/she is legally married to the qualifying parent at the time the qualifying parent files the CAM-Affidavit of Relationship (AOR), and
He/she continues to be legally married to the qualifying parent.
Qualifying Parent
The qualifying parent may be any individual who is at least 18 years old and lawfully present in the United States in one of the following categories:
Permanent Resident Status, or
Temporary Protected Status, or
Parolee, or
Deferred Action
Deferred Enforced Departure, or
Withholding of Removal
Deferred Action
Parolees and persons granted deferred action must have been issued parole or deferred action for a minimum of one year. For all other categories listed above, individuals who are lawfully present and in a valid status at the time of application (this means the date of CAM-Affidavit of Relationship filing) are eligible. It doesn’t matter to this administration if you have been deported before or not. The “children” are up to the age of 21, not even considered a minor in most states. It doesn’t even matter if you are granted parolee status or a deferred enforced departure.
As Eliana Johnson from the National Review, who listened to the live teleconference, explained:
Children up to the age of 21 can apply to this program and the devil’s really in the details. The State Department told one of our reporters that the families are given a $1,900 loan to purchase a plane ticket and then they’re flown here. But on an official State Department conference call a State Department official actually said there is no cost at all to these families and US taxpayers are indeed paying to fly these children in from Central America.
The State Department official assured that applicants need not express or document a credible fear to qualify under CAM because “we want to make sure this program is open to as many people as possible.” They are fully expecting the tax payer to pay for it all.
Hillary Clinton isn’t short on ego. She’s short on a lot of things, but ego isn’t one of them. And at a time when even liberal pundits are warning her not to get involved in the upcoming presidential sweepstakes, she’s decided to throw caution to the wind.
Hillary Clinton will become the third presidential candidate officially on Sunday.
She’s on her way to Iowa and will make the announcement at noon, eastern time. It will be followed by a video on youtube.com, and a bunch of conference calls to media. And of course, she’s hoping to rule the day on Sunday and Monday (which is why you announce on a Sunday in the first place…you get two days of news cycles, not just one).
And then the fun starts. See, Iowa has never been kind to Hillary. The last time she ran, she finished third there. It was a LONG time before she set foot in the Hawkeye State again…not until last year actually. That’s six years to be away. Not smart for someone who wants to be president. But that’s Hillary.
It will be very interesting to watch Hillary as she tries to make a go of it in less than admirable circumstances. She’s got about a dozen scandals swirling around her, not the least of which is the Benghazi debacle that she was in charge of and ultimately will be found to be the cause of (just speculation…but wait…it’s coming!). She has her testimony before Trey Gowdy’s select committee, which probably won’t help her poll numbers at all…and they’re already falling.
And then there’s the inevitable “Hillary Fatigue”. The more people see Hillary Clinton, the more people hate her. I know she’s hired this consultant who is supposed to give her a personality makeover…but I don’t really think it will help. Look, there are a bunch of brain-dead, low-information voters out there that think she’s great and would vote for her if she killed every member of the Duke basketball team. But I have this gut feeling that America really isn’t “Ready For Hillary” just yet. I don’t really think America will EVER be ready for her. Just like in the long run, I don’t think America will ever be ready for Jeb Bush. It’s not a political thing, it’s a dynastical thing. I can’t see either making it to the White House. Of course, I’ve been wrong before…but my hunch is, I won’t be wrong this time. There’s too much fodder for Hillary.
Add to that one thing that is going to be the final nail in her coffin…the GOP candidates are spending more time attacking her than they are attacking each other. THAT is exactly what they should be doing. Spend a year and a half asking America if they really want her to answer that 3 am phone call. Ask America if they really want someone leading the country that hasn’t successfully led anything in her life.
And ask America if they really want a second person in the White House in a row that has more ego than brains!

Boston Marathon bombers’ mother stood defiant in the wake of Dhozkhar Tsarnaev’s guilty verdict Wednesday, declaring in a message to a supporter that her convicted mass-murderer son is ‘the best of the best.’
The 21-year-old Tsarnaev was found guilty by a Boston jury this morning of all 30 counts – 17 of them carrying the death penalty – in connection to the deadly 2013 attacks.
But the bomber’s mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev, continued asserting Dzhokhar and his late brother Tamerlan’s innocence.
In a text message to her sons’ supporter Timur Rudaev, Zubeidat Tsraneav called the convicted killer ‘my precious boy’ before going on a rant against the US.
‘America is the real terrorist and everyone knows that,’ she wrote in the text, which was later shared on the Russian social media site VKontakte and sent to the news blog Vocativ.
‘My boys are the best of the best,’ Mrs Tsarnaev added.
She effusively thanked everyone who have been helping her family over the past two years and vowed to keep them in her thoughts.
‘May God reward them for supporting my precious boy,’ the mother wrote.
