Illegal Immigrants Are Being Appointed Commissioner Within The City Council And Anger Erupts!

Joining the Health and Education Commission will be illegal immigrant Frank Medina and Julian Zatarain (also an illegal immigrant) will be joining the Parks and Recreation Commission in Huntington Park California.

History, it is in fact in the making as the city of Huntington Park will be the first ever to position illegal immigrants as commissioners within the city council. 

Although Councilman Jhonny Pineda has no intention of backing down from this decision, he is not being met without opposition. Not everyone is happy about his choices and, perhaps, rightfully so. 

According to CBS/KCAL9 reporter Kara Finnstrom, a woman screamed at the council-member’s saying, “You are out of order!” 

“We’re sending the wrong message,” the woman said. “You can be illegal and you can come and work for the city!”

And would this woman be wrong? Isn’t that exactly the message being sent? It would seem, then, that a precedent will be set and every illegal immigrant will, therefore, have an argument for employment in the United States based by that precedent.

In many minds this is not a smart move.

32 year old Pineda, however, is defending his position and refusing to back down his endeavor to position illegal immigrants into City Council Commissioners.

Many American citizens are displeased and wondering where the alliance of Medina and Zatarain lies, with their native country or that of the United States. With all the chaos and terror going on in the world right now, their concerns are warranted.

An Official is someone described as “Someone who holds an office (function or mandate, regardless whether it carries an actual working space with it) in an organization or government and participates in the exercise of authority (either his own or that of his superior and/or employer, public or legally private),” according to Wikipedia.

The very disregard for our government authority is being played out by the illegal immigrants Medina and Zatarain. If they want the government official positions they should do the right thing and become Legal Immigrants. Councilman Pineda should be standing behind THAT and not the encouragement for future illegal immigrants to take over official positions or the jobs in this country.

Pineda has a different vision, however, saying, “We need to make sure that we bring everyone together to the table here in Huntington Park so that we make sure we’re sharing the same vision.”

What do you think America? America has already changed so dramatically over the last 7 years. Do we support the potential historic appointments or do we see this as the beginning of the end of an already dramatically changed America of our youths…an America left truly without borders?

State Department Using ‘Diversity Visas’ to Encourage Immigration to U.S. from Terror-Ridden Yemen

The State Department has awarded 1,011 special “diversity visas” allowing Yemeni nationals to immigrate to the United States since 2000, the year 17 U.S. sailors were killed when the USS Cole was attacked by terrorists in the Yemeni port of Aden.

The “diversity visas” are designed to encourage immigration from countries that do not otherwise send significant numbers of immigrants to the United States.

But I digressed. Here we go:

A few congressmen are fighting to block the planned importation of thousands of Syrian refugees into American cities and towns, arguing that they present a grave security risk because many Syrians have ties to the Sunni rebel groups ISIS and al-Nusra Front.

WND last month uncovered a document authored by one of the federal government’s main resettlement contractors that detailed plans to counter the growing “backlash” that is occurring in many cities that would like to shut the refugee spigot off, or at least slow it down. The report recommended monitoring blogs by activists and turning in some to the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center which could then brand them as “anti-Muslim” or guilty of “Islamophobia.”

WND has compiled a complete list of cities (see chart below) that received Syrian refugees since Jan. 1. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres has as many as 11,000 Syrians in a pipeline waiting for admission into the U.S., which is responsible for screening them for criminal and terrorist activity.

McCaul has tried to block the arrival of the Syrians based on testimony from FBI counter-terrorism experts. As chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, he held a hearing on the national security risks of the Syrian refugee program in February and has scheduled a second hearing for June 24. He’s also sent two letters to Obama, urging him not to let the U.N. refugee program become a “jihadist pipeline” into the United States. (First arrivals since January, 2015)

Some of the questions Gowdy has pressed the State Department to answer are:

• Who makes the ultimate decision as to which cities get refugees from what countries?
• What variables are taken into consideration when distributing these refugees? Is it done, for instance, according to population density, geography, job and housing availability or availability of welfare benefits?
• What local officials are brought into the decision-making process and at what point?
• How are the other “stakeholders” chosen in the receiving communities?
• How are the financial and economic impacts of the refugees to taxpayer-funded budgets being measured in the various cities where they are sent?

A six-time-deported illegal immigrant is charged in the felony hit-and-run of an Arizona mother and her two young children. The man allegedly admitted to being high on marijuana while causing the severe lacerations to a five-year-old boy. The five-year-old and a two-year-old were both taken to an area hospital.

This tragedy comes within one week of two separate incidents involving previously deported illegal immigrants allegedly murdering women in two U.S. states: California and Texas. The California case involved a young woman in San Fransisco taking photos with her father on a pier when an illegal immigrant who had been deported five time prior allegedly murdered her. The Texas case involved an illegal immigrant who had been deported four time prior. Police say the man admitted to murdering his wife with a hammer.

The Arizona hit-and-run case was first reported by inMaricopa.com, with a headline that simply asserted: “2 children injured in Papago crash.” The illegal immigrant is named Manuel Perez-Vasquez.

More Than 347,000 Convicted Criminal Immigrants At Large IN U.S.

Hundreds of thousands of convicted criminal immigrants remain at large in the U.S. and a number have gone on to commit additional crimes.

According to a March 2, 2015 “ICE Weekly Departures and Detention Report” obtained by Center for Immigration Studies expert Jessica Vaughan and shared with Breitbart News, there were 168,680 convicted criminal immigrants who had final orders of removal but who remained at large in the U.S.

Another 179,018 convicted criminal immigrants with deportation cases pending also remained at large.

While the vast majority were not in custody some were detained — namely 6,220 criminal immigrants facing final deportation orders and another 7,680 convicted criminal immigrants with immigration cases pending.

In recent years there has been a focus on the number of annual criminal immigrant releases.

In 2013 the Obama administration released 36,007 criminal immigrants who had nearly 88,000 convictions. Those convictions included 193 homicide convictions, 426 sexual assault convictions, 303 kidnapping convictions, and 1,075 aggravated assault convictions.

In January, the Department of Homeland Security revealed in a 38-page document to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) showing that of those criminals released in 2013, 1,000 had gone on to commit additional crimes including, terroristic threats, lewd acts with a minor, various types of assault, DUI, robbery, hit-and-run, gang activity, rape, and child cruelty.

“The Obama Administration claims that it is using ‘prosecutorial discretion’ to prioritize the removal of criminal aliens from this country. But this report shows the disturbing truth: 1,000 undocumented aliens previously convicted of crimes who the Administration released in 2013 have gone on to commit further crimes in our communities,” Grassley said in January.

In 2014 the administration released another 30,558 criminal immigrants, who had a total of 79,059 convictions.

The convictions included in the 2014 releases included: 86 homicide convictions, 186 kidnapping convictions, 373 sexual assault convictions, 449 commercialized sexual offenses, 1,194 battery convictions, 1,346 domestic violence convictions, and 13,636 DUIs.

A mainstream Arizona newspaper is decrying the small section of the Arizona-Mexico border that has a 14-foot-high primary fence because it is too high for illegal immigrants to safely cross.

The article, “Border Fence Jumpers Breaking Bones,” includes the claim that sections of the border with a 14-foot-high fence are “as tall as a two or three-story house” and tells the stories of several women who broke bones and were treated extensively to healthcare and surgeries at the expense of U.S. taxpayers.

The writer never mentions any lives directly lost as a result of there notbeing a border fence in most sections, such as when Mexican nationals crossed into the U.S. and murdered father and husband Robert Rosas, a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

The article in question was written by Perla Trevizo for the Arizona Daily Star.

In the excerpt below, note the section’s subtitle and the casual mention that the foreign woman had been deported multiple times prior:

For some, the fence is a last resort.  Really?  Doubtful as depicted in the video below.

Maria Ibarra, 28 and also from Oaxaca, had tried crossing through Nogales and El Paso in April, but both times she was sent back to Mexico.

This time she was determined to get through. She left her 10-year-old son with her parents in Oaxaca. He was born in South Carolina, where she lived for two years before going back to Mexico in 2006 so her parents and siblings could meet her son.

Once there, she said, her son started losing his hearing in one ear and having seizures.

“All I wanted was an opportunity to fight my case,” she said. She hoped her son could join her or maybe she could get a permit to visit the hospitals where he was first treated. But she already had a couple of deportations and a voluntary return to Mexico.

Interestingly, the part about the woman hoping her son could join her is errant in not mentioning that once her son does join her in the U.S., the woman and her son would likely be permitted to stay because they would then be an incomplete family unit.

The assertion that the border fence is as tall as a two or three-story house came from Fernando Valdez, Mexico’s deputy consul general in Nogales, Arizona. He was quoted as stating, ““What surprises us is that people continue to jump from heights that can be the equivalent of a two- or even three-story house,” he said. “But we hear they feel pressured to do it because they are holding the line or they start insulting them, telling them to jump.”

Donald Trump Unleashes FURY After Innocent Woman Killed By Illegal Alien

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump unloaded on his critics after hearing news about a woman gunned down by an illegal alien deported five times, and he was spot on.

Mad World News had previously reported that Kathryn Steinle, 32, was mercilessly gunned down by Francisco Sanchez at a popular scenic area in San Francisco as she walked with her father. Come to find out, Sanchez has a long rap sheet, including seven felony arrests, and had been deported five times, meaning the young woman’s murder was completely avoidable.

As I’m sure you’ve heard, Trump has recently faced a hailstorm of criticism over remarks he made about this very topic – lamenting that many illegals are rapists and murderers. Well, suffice it to say, this incident did not go over too well with the real estate mogul, and he absolutely unloaded on his critics, TheBlaze reported.

Trump called the incident a “senseless and totally preventable act of violence” that serves as “yet another example of why we must secure our border immediately.” He also singled out Senator Marco Rubio, who had criticized the billionaire over his remarks, asking what Rubio would tell the family who lost their beloved daughter, considering we can’t manage to secure

“This is an absolutely disgraceful situation and I am the only one that can fix it,” Trump said in a statement. “Nobody else has the guts to even talk about it. That won’t happen if I become president.”

Of course, Trump also expressed his condolences to Steinle’s family, remarking at how sad the situation is before calling out his fellow presidential candidates over what they’re going to do to prevent things like this in the future.

He also took aim at “Ugly Betty” star America Ferrara, who slammed Trump as a bigot for his remarks on illegals, by retweeting a woman who blasted the star with a sarcastic post.

I’m on the fence as to whether or not I would vote for him, but I know this much – if more politicians were as blunt as he is, half the crap our nation is dealing with now wouldn’t even be an issue. But, I guess that when you’re more concerned with fixing a bad situation than you are getting votes or lining your pockets, you don’t have to worry about what people think of you, and that’s one thing I give Trump a lot of credit for.

DHS To Release More Illegal Immigrant Families, Even As 84 Percent Fail To Appear In Court

Despite a recent report indicating that the vast majority of the Central American families who illegally entered the U.S. last year seeking asylum failed to appear in court, the Obama administration says it is further reducing family detention.

“I have reached the conclusion that we must make substantial changes in our detention practices with respect to families with children,” Department of Homeland Security Sec. Jeh Johnson said Wednesday. “In short, once a family has established eligibility for asylum or other relief under our laws, long-term detention is an inefficient use of our resources and should be discontinued.”

According to Johnson, who recently visited the Karnes, Texas detention facility, DHS is already taking steps to relax family detention policies including: evaluating the potential release for families detained beyond 90 days, ending the use of “general deterrence” as a factor for detention, appointing a Federal Advisory Committee to advise on family centers, and ensuring families’ access to counsel and other services.

Earlier in the week statistics from the Department of Justice Executive Office of Immigration Review obtained by Fox News revealed that 84 percent of family units from Central America detained beginning July 18, 2014, who were allowed to remain out of detention following their first court appearance, failed to appear for further proceedings.

Wednesday, however, Johnson announced further actions to allow for more family releases.

Johnson said he has approved and accepted a new plan offered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Sarah Saldaña and her staff to offer release on monetary bond to illegal immigrant family unites who state a credible fear of persecution in their home countries.

The criteria for the bond amount, Johnson said, would take “into account ability to pay, while also encompassing risk of flight and public safety.”

Further, Johnson said he was instructing U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to move forward with conduct credible and reasonable fear interviews “within a reasonable timeframe.”

“In substance – the detention of families will be short-term in most cases.  During that time, we will have the opportunity to confirm accurate address and sponsor information so that ICE can more effectively monitor and ensure compliance with immigration obligations.  During that time, families will also receive education about their rights and responsibilities, including attendance at immigration court hearings and other reporting requirements,” Johnson said.

He added that family detention will continue for those illegal immigrants who are not seeking relief.

Surprise! State Department Still Plans On Flying In Illegals On Your Tax Dollars

The U.S. State Department still plans on flying illegal immigrants into the United States on your tax dollar.

Despite a federal judge once again halting amnesty by executive action, the U.S. State Department, directly under President Obama, still plans on flying illegal immigrants into the United States. They are also potentially allowing millions of current or former illegal immigrants to fly in their children as well. Yes, the State Department is including former, or already deported, immigrants on their flights from Central America.

Judicial Watch first reported it to the news. The State Department hinted at it in an interview with National Review. The joint project between the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was addressed on the State Department website, which confirmed it. The State Department announced it in a teleconference. Even U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services (USCIS) has confirmed it. Every government office that has endorsed rolling along with the process, despite being in contempt of court, are under the Executive Branch of government. That places President Obama in direct responsibility for the project.

They are no longer calling it a program for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC). They are now calling it a program for Central American Minors (CAM). They are offering these illegal aliens a special refugee/parole that offers a free one-way flight to the U.S. from El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras. Not only do you get to pay for the flight, you get to pay for a whole list of benefits to these “children” from your taxes.

There is one glaring problem missed by the majority of the media — the “children” are not actually children.

Eligibility

Qualifying Child

The qualifying child in El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras must be:

• The child of the qualifying parent per the Immigration and Nationality Act (biological, step, or legally adopted);
• Unmarried;
• Under the age of 21;
• A national of El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras; and
• Residing in his or her country of nationality.

Eligible Family Members

In some cases, other eligible family members may have access, including:

• Unmarried children of the qualifying child who are under the age of 21 can be included as derivatives.

Parent of Qualifying Child Who is not the Qualifying Parent

This program is primarily aimed at minors, but a parent of the qualifying child may be included if:

• He/she is part of the same household and economic unit as the qualifying child,
• He/she is legally married to the qualifying parent at the time the qualifying parent files the CAM-Affidavit of Relationship (AOR), and
• He/she continues to be legally married to the qualifying parent.

Qualifying Parent

The qualifying parent may be any individual who is at least 18 years old and lawfully present in the United States in one of the following categories:

• Permanent Resident Status, or
• Temporary Protected Status, or
• Parolee, or
• Deferred Action
• Deferred Enforced Departure, or
• Withholding of Removal

Deferred Action

Parolees and persons granted deferred action must have been issued parole or deferred action for a minimum of one year. For all other categories listed above, individuals who are lawfully present and in a valid status at the time of application (this means the date of CAM-Affidavit of Relationship filing) are eligible. It doesn’t matter to this administration if you have been deported before or not. The “children” are up to the age of 21, not even considered a minor in most states. It doesn’t even matter if you are granted parolee status or a deferred enforced departure.

As Eliana Johnson from the National Review, who listened to the live teleconference, explained:

Children up to the age of 21 can apply to this program and the devil’s really in the details. The State Department told one of our reporters that the families are given a $1,900 loan to purchase a plane ticket and then they’re flown here. But on an official State Department conference call a State Department official actually said there is no cost at all to these families and US taxpayers are indeed paying to fly these children in from Central America.

The State Department official assured that applicants need not express or document a credible fear to qualify under CAM because “we want to make sure this program is open to as many people as possible.” They are fully expecting the tax payer to pay for it all.

IRS Admits They Will Pay Refunds To Illegal Aliens Who Never Paid Taxes….

WASHINGTON DC – IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty.

The revelation — which contradicts what he told Congress last week — comes as lawmakers also raised concerns Mr. Obama’s amnesty could open a window to illegal immigrants finding ways to vote, despite it being against the law.

“While we may disagree about whether your deferred action programs were lawfully created and implemented, we are confident that we can all agree that these programs cannot be permitted to impair the integrity of our elections,” Republican members of Congress from Ohio wrote in a letter to Mr. Obama Wednesday, ahead of a hearing on the issue in the House on Thursday.

Mr. Obama’s new deportation policies, which carve most illegal immigrants out of danger of being removed, and could proactively grant as many as 4 million illegal immigrants work permits and Social Security numbers, are increasingly under fire for ancillary consequences such as tax credits and competition for jobs.
