President Putin’s Ban of Religious Freedom, Should American’s Be Concerned?

Many American’s are aware, and should be concerned, that President Vladimir Putin recently placed severe restrictions on religious freedoms in Russia making any evangelism or religious speech outside of churches forbidden. Any Christian wishing to share their faith outside of a designated worship center will be breaking the law.

This so-called anti-terrorism legislation not only attacks religious liberty, it demolishes free-speak and makes it a crime. “This new situation,” according to Dr. Haukka, President of Great Commission Media Ministries, “resembles the Soviet Union in 1929. At that time confession of faith was permitted only in church. Practically speaking, we are back in the same situation. These anti-terrorist laws are some of the most restrictive laws in post-Soviet history.”

Suppressing the rights of assembly, speech and the press, to name a few, seem routine in Moscow but many believe this has gone too far. This new legislation strikes fear among Christian Russians believing that unregistered congregations and house groups will be targeted and persecuted, according to Christian Today.

“According to Forum 18, which monitors religious freedom in Russia and former Soviet republics, the amendments to the Religion Law restrict those who can share beliefs to people with permission from members of state-registered religious groups and organizations…They also prohibit even the informal sharing of beliefs, for example responding to questions or comments.”

Any breach of this new law, effective July 20, will lead to substantial monetary penalties.

U.S. Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) wrote an article at The Daily Signal stating the new law is “an affront to free people everywhere.”

“We need to begin telling the truth about an increasingly aggressive actor in global affairs,” he said. “This Russian law would be an affront to free people everywhere—at home and abroad—who believe that rights of conscience—the rights to free speech and to freedom of religion—are pre-political.”

As of yet “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

U.S. Constitution, First Amendment

Suppressing speech and the media, not to mention Political Correctness, seems to be the growing trend in America. Should American’s have reason for concern that this “anti-terrorist” law someday be our reality?

Russia Has Constructed Massive Underground Shelters In Anticipation Of Nuclear War

dMarch 26, 2015

Christian Patriots

Did you know that the Russians have a massive underground complex in the Ural mountains that has been estimated to be approximately 400 square miles in size?

Did you know that the Russians have a massive underground complex in the Ural mountains that has been estimated to be approximately 400 square miles in size?  In other words, it is roughly as big as the area inside the Washington D.C. beltway.  Back in the 1990s, the Clinton administration was deeply concerned about the construction of this enormous complex deep inside Yamantau mountain, but they could never seem to get any straight answers from the Russians.  The command center for this complex is rumored to be 3,000 feet directly straight down from the summit of this giant rock quartz mountain.  And of course U.S. military officials will admit that there are dozens of other similar sites throughout Russia, although most of them are thought to be quite a bit smaller.  But that is not all that the Russians have been up to.  For example, Russian television has reported that 5,000 new emergency nuclear bomb shelters were scheduled to have been completed in the city of Moscow alone by the end of 2012.  Most Americans don’t realize this, but the Russians have never stopped making preparations for nuclear war.  Meanwhile, the U.S. government has essentially done nothing to prepare our citizens for an attack.  The assumption seems to be that a nuclear attack will probably never happen, and that if it does it will probably mean the end of our civilization anyway.

Needless to say, the Russians are very secretive about their massive underground facility at Yamantau mountain, and no American has ever been inside.  The following is what Wikipedia has to say about it…

Large excavation projects have been observed by U.S. satellite imagery as recently as the late 1990s, during the time of Boris Yeltsin’s government after the fall of the Soviet Union. Two garrisons, Beloretsk-15 and Beloretsk-16, were built on top of the facility, and possibly a third, Alkino-2, as well, and became the closed town of Mezhgorye in 1995. They are said to house 30,000 workers each. Repeated U.S. questions have yielded several different responses from the Russian government regarding Mount Yamantaw. They have said it is a mining site, a repository for Russian treasures, a food storage area, and a bunker for leaders in case of nuclear war. Responding to questions regarding Yamantaw in 1996, Russia’s Defense Ministry stated: “The practice does not exist in the Defense Ministry of Russia of informing foreign mass media about facilities, whatever they are, that are under construction in the interests of strengthening the security of Russia.” Large rail lines serve the facility.

Back in 1996, the New York Times reported on the continuing construction of this site.  U.S. officials were quite puzzled that the Russians were continuing to build it even though the Cold War was supposedly over at that point…

In a secret project reminiscent of the chilliest days of the cold war, Russia is building a mammoth underground military complex in the Ural Mountains, Western officials and Russian witnesses say.

Hidden inside Yamantau mountain in the Beloretsk area of the southern Urals, the project involves the construction of a huge complex served by a railroad, a highway and thousands of workers.

Within the U.S. intelligence community, there was a tremendous amount of debate at that time regarding the purposes of this facility, but what everyone agreed on was that it was going to be absolutely massive…

A report in Sovetskaya Rossiya said the project involves construction of a railroad, a modern highway and towns for tens of thousands of workers and their families.

The complex is as big as the Washington area inside the Beltway,” said an American official familiar with intelligence reports.

A couple of years later, a top U.S. general said that he believed that the complex at Yamantau had “millions of square feet available for underground facilities”

In 1998, in a rare public comment, then-Commander of the U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM) Gen. Eugene Habinger, called Yamantau “a very large complex — we estimate that it has millions of square feet available for underground facilities. We don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing there.”

It is believed to be large enough to house 60,000 persons, with a special air filtration system designed to withstand a nuclear, chemical or biological attack. Enough food and water is believed to be stored at the site to sustain the entire underground population for months on end.

A few years after that, in 2003, there was an article in the Washington Post by Bruce G. Blair in which Yamantau was mentioned as a potential key target for U.S. nuclear war planners…

Die-hard [U.S.] nuclear war planners actually have their eyes on targets in Russia and China, including missile silos and leadership bunkers. For these planners, the Cold War never ended. Their top two candidates [i.e., targets] in Russia are located inside the Yamantau and Kosvinsky mountains in the central and southern Urals.

Both were huge construction projects begun in the late 1970s, when U.S. nuclear firepower took special aim at the Communist Party’s leadership complex. Fearing a decapitating strike, the Soviets sent tens of thousands of workers to these remote sites, where U.S. spy satellites spotted them still toiling away in the late 1990s.

But the Russians have not just been building giant underground facilities deep in the Urals.

They have also been constructing thousands of new underground bomb shelters in major cities such as Moscow.

The following is an excerpt from an RT article in 2010…

Nearly 5,000 new emergency bomb shelters will be built in Moscow by 2012 to save people in case of potential attacks.

Moscow authorities say the measure is urgent as the shelters currently available in the city can house no more that half of its population.

In the last 20 years, the area of air-raid defense has been developed little, and the existing shelters have become outdated. Moreover, they are located mostly in the city center, which makes densely populated Moscow outskirts especially vulnerable in the event of a nuclear attack.

In order to resolve the issue, the city has given architects a task to construct a typical model of an easy-to-build shelter that will be located all over the city 10 to 15 meters underneath apartment blocks, shopping centers, sport complexes and parks, as in case of attack people will need to reach the shelters within a minute.

Of course all of this construction cost the Russians a lot of money.

One estimate put the cost at “anywhere from half a billion to a billion dollars”

Though the bunkers are supposed to be designed to shelter the population in the event of a nuclear attack, government officials say it’s only a precaution and they do not expect such an attack or nuclear outbreak (e.g. Chernobyl) to occur. Neither RT or the Russian government provided estimates for the cost of the facilities. A Popular Mechanics article that reviewed a number of different types of bunkers and building practices had varying prices depending on the type of shelter. Since the proposed Russian bunkers would hold roughly 1000 people each (based on the population count and other details), one could estimate that the lowest price point for a bunker this size, with basic necessities like bathrooms and reserve food for a day or two, may run in the area of around $100,000 – $200,000. This would put a conservative price tag for 5000 shelters anywhere from half a billion to a billion dollars. A significant investment, indeed.

So what about us?

Has the U.S. government constructed any bunkers for the survival of the general population in the United States?

Of course not.  In the event of a nuclear war, I guess they just expect pretty much all of us to die.

The Russians also recently finished work on a brand new national defense center in Moscow that contains extensive underground facilities

Ash Carter Warns Russia On Nukes

d

February 24, 2015

Politico:

“U.S. responses must make clear to Russia that if it does not return to compliance, our responses will make them less secure than they are today.”

Ash Carter has quietly thrown down the gauntlet in a lingering dispute with Russia: If President Vladimir Putin continues to violate the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, the U.S. could respond in kind.

“The range of options we should look at from the Defense Department could include active defenses to counter intermediate-range ground-launched cruise missiles; counter-force capabilities to prevent intermediate-range ground-launched cruise missile attacks; and countervailing strike capabilities to enhance U.S. or allied forces,” Carter told senators in little-noticed written answers to follow-up questions from his confirmation hearing.

The defense secretary’s bottom line: “U.S. responses must make clear to Russia that if it does not return to compliance, our responses will make them less secure than they are today.”

Obama administration officials believe Russia began testing what they call its illegal cruise missile as long ago as 2008, predating the current crisis in Europe over Moscow’s military incursion into Ukraine. And they have accused Russia of violating the 1987 INF treaty under which the U.S. and then-Soviet Union agreed to pull back land-based missiles deployed around Europe that many feared could escalate a crisis too quickly for either side to control.

Now, with Putin still pressing into Ukraine, some members of Congress are even more eager to push back on what they see as Russia’s violations of the INF treaty. And Carter’s endorsement of new “counter-force capabilities,” following his cautious support for arming Ukraine’s government against the Russian invaders, puts him on the hawkish side of the spectrum as President Barack Obama and his advisers weigh how to resolve the standoff.

The Russian president may have secretly been developing a new intermediate missile even as diplomats were negotiating the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty that the Senate approved in 2010, a breach of faith that hawks say deserves a serious answer. Carter would appear to agree. In his written answers to Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), he said Putin had imperiled a cornerstone of global stability since the Cold War.

“Russia’s continued disregard for its international obligations and lack of meaningful engagement on this particular issue require the United States to take actions to protect its interests and security, as well as those of its allies and partners,” Carter said. “U.S. efforts should continue to remind Russia why the United States and Russia signed this treaty in the first place and be designed to bring Russia back into verified compliance with its obligations.”

Critics in Congress, meanwhile, call the violation of the INF agreement just another broken Russian promise.

“Within the last year, Mr. Putin has flagrantly and deliberately violated the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, the Budapest Memorandum, and the Minsk Protocol,” said Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio), long a top congressional delegate to NATO. “In order to change Putin’s calculus, President Obama must stop stalling and listen to his own secretary of defense, members of Congress in his own party and dozens of military and civilian leaders who have all recommended actions to empower the Ukrainian army so they can successfully confront the growing Russian threat.”

BUSTED: KIEV MPS TRY TO FOOL U.S. SENATOR WITH ‘PROOF’ OF RUSSIAN TANKS IN UKRAINE (PHOTOS)

MPs in Kiev hoodwinked a US senator, presenting his office with photos of columns of Russian military hardware allegedly roaming Ukrainian territory. The photos turned out to have been taken during the conflict in South Ossetia back in 2008.

The photos were “presented to the Armed Services Committee from a delegation from Ukraine in December,” told The Washington Free BeaconSenator Jim Inhofe’s communications director Donelle Harder.

The Americans planned to publish the photos with credits to the Ukrainian MPs, and “they were fine with that,” the spokesperson said.

Yet, after thorough checking, images of the Russian convoys turned to be taken years ago, in 2008 during Georgia – South Ossetia war.

“We are currently making calls to our sources,” Harder said.

“The Ukrainian parliament members who gave us these photos in print form as if it came directly from a camera really did themselves a disservice,” Senator Inhofe said in a statement.

“I was furious to learn one of the photos provided now appears to be falsified from an AP photo taken in 2008,” the lawmaker wrote.

At the same time the revealed forgery “doesn’t change the fact that there is plenty of evidence Russia has made advances into the country with T-72 tanks and that pro-Russian separatists have been killing Ukrainians in cold blood,” the US senator maintains.

The list of members of the Ukrainian delegation that attempted to fool Senator Jim Inhofe does not include high-ranking Ukrainian officials, with probably the sole exception of the commander of the Donbass volunteer battalion Semyon Semenchenko, who visited Washington demanding arms and training for his servicemen.

Phantom – Memories Of A U-2 Pilot…and Spy

dJanuary 15, 2015

A Trivial Mind At Work:

A friend of mine sent me this story. Other than Francis Gary Powers, I do not know that anyone has heard much of anything about the U-2 spy plane program. The entire program stands as a forgotten footnote from the Cold War. This article offers a personal glimpse into the life of a U-2 spy…

U-2 PILOT MEMORIES
Men like this guy never get any attention in the press, and that’s how they prefer it. Unfortunately, but understandably, not all U-2 pilots survived to tell their stories in their old age.

Pic 2

Pic 1

Cliff Beeler was a spy. He didn’t hang out on shadowy street corners with his trench coat collar obscuring his face. The Air Force major, now retired, spent his snooping time in a plane. Beeler, 88, of Riverside, was a U-2 pilot at the height of the Cold War.

Pic 3

His missions took him over Russia, Cuba and China, photographing targets from nearly 80,000 feet up. His planes crashed more than once. He was occasionally targeted by MIG fighters, and he once landed on and took off from an aircraft carrier in the Pacific using only a few feet of the deck.

Beeler, who grew up in Santa Ana and spent most of his retirement in Santa Barbara, is a resident of Air Force Village West, near March Air Reserve Base. Recent back surgery has left him reliant on a walker, but his memories are as vibrant as ever. He remembers enlisting at 19, learning to fly a P-51 fighter and being on his way to Saipan to get ready for the invasion of Japan. Then the United States dropped its atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The war was over, and Beeler was sent home.

Unlike many of his fellow pilots who left the service, Beeler stayed in. He learned to fly the Air Force’s first jets and then trained others to fly them. Then the U-2 program caught his eye. “I wanted to fly the latest,” he said. There were never more than 24 pilots in the program, he said. In 1958, he entered the program. He spent seven years flying missions high above the Earth — out of the range of other planes and most other defenses — in the long-winged, lightweight plane. It was not an easy task, he said. As a plane climbs in altitude and the air thins, it must go faster to avoid a stall. The higher it climbs, the faster it needs to fly. Above 70,000 feet, the critical stall speed approaches the plane’s Mach speed, or the speed of sound — somewhere above 650 mph at that altitude. If that barrier is crossed, the shock waves can break the plane apart. U-2 pilots usually had a window of less than 12 mph between the two speeds. They had to keep the plane within that window for hours at a time.

CLOSE CALLS
Beeler learned the hard way what it meant to violate that window. He was above Louisiana on a night flight when he reached Mach speed.“It tore the tail off,” he said. “The plane flipped over, and that tore the wing off.” The plane fell apart, he said, and at 78,000 feet, “I’m out in space. That’s a long way down.”

Fortunately, he was in a pressure suit with oxygen and had a parachute. After a long free-fall, he opened his chute and found himself floating toward the ground. To his right, he could see lights on the ground. To his left, the same. But beneath him, all was black. He remembered he was over Louisiana, “I said, ‘That looks like a swamp.’” It was.

“I landed in a big cypress tree,” he said. My chute got caught and swung me into the trunk. Telling the story, Beeler reached down toward his calf, “I always kept a double-bladed knife in my pocket,” he said. He was able to cut himself free of the parachute and use the ties to lash himself to the tree. He took off his helmet and dropped it into the darkness below. There was a distant splash. “All I could think about was alligators and cottonmouths in the swamp,” he said.

Lucky for Beeler, the breakup of his plane had been spotted on radar. Within an hour and a half a rescue helicopter was overhead. Another close call came over Cuba ..Beeler said MIG jets would fly beneath the U-2 planes, at about 50,000 feet. The fighter pilots would sometimes attempt to reach the spy planes by turning on their afterburners and flying straight up, higher than the Migs were capable of operating effectively. A Cuban pilot’s effort was particularly memorable, Beeler said.

“I look back and there’s this MIG tumbling about 50 feet off my wing,” he said. The plane was so close that he could see the pilot’s face. Remembering, Beeler turned his hand cockeyed in front of his face. “His goggles were like this and his face was … ” The sentence ends in a grimace, Beeler’s eyes and mouth wide. “He was sure scared up there.”

Beeler took the U-2 on numerous missions over Cuba , providing information on the country’s armaments and the strength of its air force. Images from U-2 flights, he said, showed that Castro had only a few dozen bombers instead of the more than 400 he had claimed. At one point, Beeler said, President John F. Kennedy stopped by the U-2 headquarters in Del Rio, Texas, to talk to the pilots. “He said, ‘You guys gave me information that prevented World War III at least twice,’” Beeler said.

AMAZING IMAGES
Sometimes the U-2’s high resolution, long-range camera captured images that had nothing to do with national security. During one Cuban mission, Beeler spent some time following the coastline. Afterward, he was called into the lab by the man in charge of analyzing the film. “He showed me a picture of this Cuban gal sunbathing nude on the beach,” Beeler said. “It was so clear I could see she had blue eyes. The analyst said, ‘The only film these guys want to work with is your film.’” Returning from another mission, he took some images over San Diego . Later, he was shown a photo of a man sitting in his backyard reading the paper. “I could read the headline on the newspaper,” he said.

Pic 5

Pic 6

Beeler is semi-famous among pilots for landing his U-2 on an aircraft carrier. The landing followed a mission over northeast Russia . The U-2’s 80-foot wingspan meant it could only go a short distance before it collided with the superstructure of the ship. Because of the ship’s speed and a headwind, Beeler said he was able to touch down and come to a stop in about five feet.

“When I came aboard they had a ceremony welcoming the Air Force into the Navy. I said, ‘I don’t have much I like about the Navy except one thing,’” he said. That one thing was the Navy pilots’ leather jackets. Before he left the ship the following day, the captain had given him one. It lasted. “I gave it to my son last week,” he said.

AFTER THE U-2
Among the military photos and plaques on the wall of his room is a framed row of medals from his service, including the Distinguished Service Cross. He points to the photo of one plane, a B-46. “It was the God-almighty bomber,” he said. But he declined a chance to fly those planes.

“I didn’t like the mission,” he said. “Go out and drop bombs. I wanted to shoot things up.”

After he left the service, in 1965, Beeler said he worked on the Apollo 5 program for three years. He was in charge of purchasing the equipment for the swing arm on the launch tower, he said. He spent the next 25 years selling airplanes. He had his own dealership in the Santa Barbara area.

When his wife, Mary, developed Alzheimer’s disease, he retired to take care of her. After five years, he felt he needed help, so he moved with her to Air Force Village West, which has a nursing home on its campus. “She lasted 11 days after I brought her here,” Beeler said, “I guess I kept her about as long as I could.” The couple, who were married for 65 years, had two sons. The elder son lives in Corona and comes to see him most days, Beeler said. For Veterans Day, he said, he doesn’t have any big plans. “I’ll probably sleep late,” he said.

Obama’s FALSE FLAG OF WAR: France Holds Emergency Meeting To Warn Russia

d

December 31, 2014

#AceNewsServices – Featured Post: Dec.31: An ominous report prepared by the General Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) circulating in the Kremlin recently stated that an emergency meeting held Saturday morning in Moscow between President Putin and French President François Hollande was due to the discovery of France’s General Directorate for External Security (DGSE) of a la terreur spectaculaire [English: terror spectacular] being planned by the Obama regime.

Vladimir PutinAccording to this report, early Saturday morning (6 December), President Hollande was in route to Paris from his state visit to Kazakhstanwhen his plane requested an immediate/emergency flight path deviation to Moscow’s Vnukovo International Airport (VIA) where the French leaderrequested/demanded” that he be met by Putin upon his landing.

dUpon President Hollande’s arrival at VIA, this report continues, he was escorted with his security/intelligence entourage to the government’s Terminal 2 facilitiessafe room that protects its occupants from electronic surveillance.

Upon Putin’s “rushed arrival and meeting with his French counterpart at the VIA, GRU analysts in this report say, avisibly distraught President Hollande began detailing how his countries DGSE had informed him of their uncovering of an Obama regime plot to stage a massive false flag terror attack which the blame of which would placed on Russia.

President Hollande further noted to Putin his fears that Russia would be forced to retaliate against the United States, this report says, but expressed his alarm that France could be catastrophically impacted by such a conflict, and which with his meeting he was attempting to insure would not happen.

Though this report does not detail any response to President Hollande from Putin, it does note that he did order the sudden deployment of the S-400 ‘Triumph’ and Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile systems, as well as the Kasta radar station, to central Moscow this morning.

Equally as ominous, this report warns, is that President Hollande’s warning to Putin came one day after the US Congress passed what is in essence a declaration of war against the Russian Federation.

d

This Obama regime declaration of war against the Russian Federation, known as House Resolution 758, the GRU confirms, was passed overwhelmingly by the US Congress on 5 December without the American peoples knowledge and/or consent, a fact shockingly described by the award-winning author, and Professor of Economics (emeritus) at the University of Ottawa, Michel Chossudovsky, who stated: “This historic vote – which potentially could affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people worldwide– has received virtually no media coverage. A total media blackout prevails.”

Former US Congressman Ron Paul, likewise, this report states, blasted this declaration of war by stating:

d

“Yesterday the US House passed what I consider to be one of the worst pieces of legislation ever. H. Res. 758 was billed as a resolution “strongly condemning the actions of the Russian Federation, under President Vladimir Putin, which has carried out a policy of aggression against neighboring countries aimed at political and economic domination.”

In fact, the bill was 16 pages of war propaganda that should have made even neocons blush, if they were capable of such a thing. That is why I can hardly believe they are getting away with it again, and this time with even higher stakes: provoking a war with Russia that could result in total destruction!”

As to the why of the Obama regimes plan to attack the Federation, this report continues, was articulated earlier today by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov who said:

“It is hardly a secret that the goal of the sanctions is to create social and economic conditions to carry out a change of power in Russia”. and who further warned, “There will be no easy or fast way out of this.”

And to how the Obama regime is preparing for this war, the GRU warns, can be seen in their massive deployment of weapons and troops into the European Union and which even their own NATO experts have warned is intensifying: “We have already boosted our presence in the eastern part of our alliance. We have five times more planes in the air. Our forces start an exercise every two days. And we have also increased the number of ships in the Baltic and the Black Seas.”

dThough the vast majority of Americans have no idea about the catastrophe to come due to the Obama regime declaring war on Russia, the same cannot be said of the more than 120 senior military, political and diplomatic figures from across the world that warned last week at the Vienna Conference on the Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons of the nightmare about to occur.

The grim fate of nuclear war to strike the average American person, however, cannot be said of their elites, who in a detailed report released this past week have been discovered to be building massive underground fortresses to protect themselves.

Look Out America –EEU TREATY STARTS JAN 1st & CHINA LAUNCHES FIRST STEPS TOWARD GLOBALIZATION OF YUAN

dDecember 31, 2014

#AceNewsServices – Editors Post: MOSCOW:Dec.31: Russia sees the long-term goal of cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and the European Union (EU) in creating a free trade zone that is expected to serve as the basis of a common economic space from the Atlantic to the Pacific, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Nebenzya told ./TASS/. in an interview.

' The Treaty on the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union comes into effect on January 1. Infographics by TASS '

“This strategic initiative is designed to ensure harmonious development of all countries in the region, both affiliated and not affiliated with various integration associations,” he said.

At the same time Nebenzya acknowledged that the existing realities by no means allowed for implementing such plans, although “the idea of establishing contacts between the EU and the EEU has drawn an ever greater response from the European Union.”

“We welcome the latest statements by a number of European politicians to the effect they welcome the idea of a direct dialogue between the EU and the EEU,” he said.

At the moment work is in progress to promote ruble settlements for energy resources between Russia and other countries, but this requires prolonged negotiations and major efforts by the contracting parties, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Nebenzya has told TASS.

“The issue of shifting export and import transactions to ruble settlements, and also to carry out bilateral transactions within the framework of bilateral trading and economic cooperation in the national currencies with those partners who seek constructive cooperation is regarded as an important long-term task,” Nebenzya said. “As you understand, though, during the period of the ruble’s high volatility this would be not only hard to achieve, but inexpedient as well.”

China is launching trading in forward contracts and swaps between the yuan and three more currencies, including the Russian ruble, from December 29, the China Foreign Exchange Trade System managed by the People’s Bank of China reported on Friday.

Starting from this date, China is also launching trading in contracts with the Malaysian ringgit and the New Zealand dollar.

With the launch of trading in the ruble, the ringgit and the New Zealand dollar, yuan swaps on the interbank foreign exchange market will be available for 11 currencies.

“This will provide companies with better hedging tools, and at the same time, make currency trading more efficient,” Bloomberg news agency quoted HSBC’s strategist in Hong Kong Ju Wang as saying.

“China won’t stop yuan globalization” despite volatility in emerging market currencies, the strategist said.

The Chinese yuan can overtake the dollar as the leading international reserve currency, a new poll of institutional investors indicates.

The authors of the survey, conducted by theEconomist Intelligence Unit and commissioned byState Street financial services, polled 200 senior executives at institutional investors with knowledge of their exposure to yuan assets. Half of the respondents were from the firms head-quartered in mainland China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) and the other half were based elsewhere.

Watch: This Is Why Russia Can’t Attack America: New Weapon Has “Near-Instantaneous Lethality”!

December 18, 2014

Christian Patriots:

LAWS-lasersOver the last several weeks we have witnessed a complete collapse of the Russian economy, stock markets and monetary system. It is a result of Western sanctions for Russia’s refusal to retreat from its newly annexed territory of Crimea. And though Russia has pounded its chest with military protrusions into Western airspace, including the west coast of the United States, there is a distinct reason for why Vladimir Putin can’t pull the trigger on any sort of military engagement, at least not yet.

In his Strategic Relocation documentary World Affairs analyst Joel Skousen suggested that, while a World War III scenario is an event that is likely to take place in the foreseeable future, Russia and China are hesitant about any sort of military conflict with the United States because of the West’s top secret, advanced military technologies.

One such technology that’s not so secret any more but was recently released to the public is the LaWS (Laser Weapon System). It’s a system so advanced that the military says it can lock on to and engage targets with near-instantaneous lethality.

“Laser weapons are powerful, affordable and will play a vital role in the future of naval combat operations,” Rear Adm. Matthew L. Klunder, chief of naval research, said in a statement Wednesday. “We ran this particular weapon, a prototype, through some extremely tough paces, and it locked on and destroyed the targets we designated with near-instantaneous lethality.” (Yahoo)

As you’ll see in the video below, the system is capable of tracking moving targets, including aircraft, and literally blowing them out of the sky at the speed of light.

Granted, both Russia and China are familiar with this particular technology, the U.S. has spent trillions of dollars on military research over the last two decades. What’s most curious is that not only do the Russians and Chinese not know what all this money was spent on, but neither do 99.999% of Americans, as evidenced by a Congressional hearing held on September 10th, 2001.

Yes, Defense Secretary  Donald Rumsfeld gave that statement just one day before the terrorist attacks of 2001, and according to some researchers the accounting records for that $2.3 trillion were destroyed when the Pentagon was hit (officially, of course, Rumsfeld misspoke and the missing money was the result of an accounting error of some sort).

We can be fairly certain that Putin is well aware of these massive military investments, and as Joel Skousen suggested, the Russians (and Chinese) have no idea what kind of technology we may have cooked up with that kind of money.

The Laser Weapon Systems mentioned above are just the tip of the iceberg and the video was obviously released as a propaganda tool in response to Russia’s own propaganda that included airspace incursions and threats of nuclear war. But the United States, despite its shortcomings, still has the most advanced military systems in the world.

In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, after the Russians had poked and prodded the west with veiled threats of war, residents in London and New York reported hearing loud booms and/or rumblings in the middle of the night. No official story for this has been released, but some researchers suggest the mysterious sounds were the work of the top secret supersonic Aurora project, which is capable of traveling at over six times the speed of sound. The fact that people on both sides of the U.S. military’s Atlantic testing areas heard the sounds suggests that it could have been Aurora, and that it was yet another show of military force to warn Russia that, despite their economic malaise, they have no possibility of winning a military engagement.

The Russians and the Chinese probably know this and this is why both countries are spending more money on military technology than anything else. That and they arehacking U.S. military networks and military industrial complex servers in an effort to steal as much information as they can to fast track their own military programs.

Overall, the U.S. is hemorrhaging economic espionage to the tune of $250 billion.

“This is a national, long-term strategic threat to the United States of America.”

War is coming to the world. Russia will not stand idly by as their entire way of life is destroyed through economic means. But they are not ready for a widespread conflagration right now.

Joel Skousen has suggested that by around 2020 – 2023 they will be.

It is then that we will see what Uncle Sam has been up twenty floors below the surface at remote military installations like Area 51.

America’s Epitaph: The U.S. Will Soon Stand Alone vs. the Nations of the World

ssDecember 9, 2014

Christian Patriots:

This article represents the beginning of the end of the United States. Many who will read this article will find themselves in agreement, at least initially, because the developments which serve to threaten the future existence of the United States because the events are well-documented. However, many will reach a saturation point and will close their computer screen and write an angry response and accuse the author of “fearmongering”.  I would rather be labeled a fearmonger than be correct about the developments contained in this article. Americans need to deal realistically with the real reasons why America is about to be run over, both economically and militarily by Putin and his new found friends across the globe. I cannot shake the feeling that this is America’s epitaph and no amount of my own personal cognitive dissonance will convince me otherwise.

The Russo-Chinese Energy Deals

The haughtiness of the West as they impose sanctions on Russia over Ukraine is almost laughable. The sanctions are a boomerang in disguise and will come back at us to destroy the American economy which will lead to World War III.

Russia and China cement the biggest international energy deal in history.

At the heart of the American economy and the Petrodollar is energy and Russia and China just cemented an agreement where they do not need the dollar. The Russia –China  $400 billion energy deal, signed in May this year will by 2018 have some 38 billion cubic meters of gas flow through the so-called ‘Holy Grail’ pipeline from the largest gas producer, Russia, to the largest energy user, China. This deal  is many things at once: It is, of course a symbolic step in the process of decoupling hydrocarbon trading from the dollar, as it foresees payments in local currencies, rubles and yuan. It sidesteps the  Petrodollar for hydrocarbon trading. Over one-third of the planet just moved away from the dollar when this recent deal was cemented.

As if the Russian-Chinese energy deal is not bad enough, the BRICS are driving a stake into the American economy as they have set up a  new development and investment bank for all of the BRICS countries. The banks  will be headquartered in Shanghai, China, with the first president of the bank will be from India. The BRICS nations, of course, are a group of emerging economies and draws its name from the five member countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. BRICS is also considering starting a joint infrastructure fund with an initial capital infusion of around $100 billion to begin investing in each other’s transportation, water and sewage systems.

Turkey’s Gas Deal with Russia Is a Strategic Game-Changer

Turkey’s gas deal, just inked with Russia, represents one more time that the grand chess master, Putin, has outmaneuvered the amateur checkers player, Obama.  With this gas deal, Turkey

The fragmenting of NATO

may not have formally left NATO, but make no mistake about it, Turkey has left NATO.

Turkey and Russia are long-time adversaries since the implementation of the Cold War and the advent of the 1947 Truman Doctrine. This gas deal is a staggering blow to the U.S. and NATO because Turkey has been not only a key NATO ally, but it has been the linchpin of all American efforts to bypass Russia with oil and gas pipelines. The situation caused by the Turkey-Russia gas deal is so dire, that in the event of World War III, the U.S. would be forced to destroy this pipeline. In other words, Turkey has just become a military ally with Russia.

Russia’s decision to cancel Russia’s South Stream gas and oil pipeline project was bad enough, but this coupled with Turkey’s signing a gas and oil deal with Russia delivered a staggering and perhaps knockout blow to the ability of the United States to hold together a rapidly fragmenting NATO. South Stream was envisioned as a way to supply Central and Western Europe with Russian gas without worrying about disruptions caused by the Ukrainian situation.

South Stream was supposed to run through the Black Sea, Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary into Austria and points west and it attempted to counter South Stream by proposing another pipeline, called “Nabucco” which was to have linked Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria with Turkey and Azerbaijan. This pipeline failed because the United States failed to secure funding for the pipeline and or a source of gas. Are you keeping a body count of the NATO allies which are going to have extreme difficulty heating their homes and businesses and are now subject to Putin’s blackmail? From a military perspective, these nations provide a buffer between Russian invasion of America’s primary NATO allies of Germany, France, Italy and the UK. Putin will now focus on seeking defectors from these four allies.

Germany, France and Italy’s Motivation to Leave NATO

The eventual defection of Germany, France and Italy is easy to foretell. This is a case of a picture, or in this case, an energy map, is worth a thousand words.

putin natural gas map

To anyone possessing an IQ above room temperature, this map is the road map to the destruction of NATO. Key NATO allies are being held hostage by Putin through energy blackmail. If NATO was to survive, the time to have attacked Russia was last Spring, but that ship has sailed.  Can you imagine, you just opened your contacts list on your phone and all of friends and business associates are gone. This is what is happening to the United States.

Britain Is Waffling At the Threat of the Coming World War

America is on the verge of losing its closest and most important ally, Great Britain.

Ahead of the Vienna Conference on the Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons, members, mostly Britishhave expressed extreme trepidation of the possibility of coming nuclear war. The conference participants stated that “Urgent action is needed to minimize the risk of a nuclear war”.  Some of the signatories include:

Conservative Defense Secretary Lord King
A Labor Party counterpart Lord Browne
Former Foreign Secretaries Margaret Beckett and David Owen
Former NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Lord Richards
Former Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell
John McColl, former Chief of the Defense Staff,

Even General James Cartwright, Former Vice-Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, signed the following letter.

The above and other prominent UK leaders stated the following:

“Tensions between nuclear-armed states and alliances in the Euro-Atlantic area and in both South and East Asia remain ripe with the potential for military miscalculation and escalation,” says the letter to Sebastian Kurz, Austria’s Minister for Foreign Affairs.

“In a vestige of the Cold War, too many nuclear weapons in the world remain ready to launch on short notice, greatly increasing the chances of an accident.

“This fact gives leaders faced with an imminent potential threat an insufficient amount of time to communicate with each other and act with prudence.”

“There should also be better crisis management in “conflict hotspots” and new security measures, warning that stockpiles were “insufficiently secure, making them possible targets for terrorism”.

The above is a chicken-little, Neville Chamberlain type of proclamation which is telling the United States that we will not be supported as world events move toward World War III. America will soon be alone.

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAU)

The developments in Russian gas deals has given rise to resurrection of a major portion of the old Soviet Union. Just like the mythical Phoenix, the old Soviet Union is attempting to rise out of the ashes. The EAU is a proposed economic union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. On November 18, 2011, the leaders of  Belaurus, Kazakhstan and Russia signed an agreement, setting a target of establishing the Eurasian Union by 2015. Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have expressed interest in joining as well as has Belarus’ neighbor to the immediate south, Ukraine. Isn’t it interesting that Georgia’s Prime Minister, Bidzina Ivanishvili, stated in September of 2013 that they were also examining the advantages of acceding to the EAU. Also in September of 2013, Armenia has announced its intention to join the EAU. This union cannot be allowed to happen by the West because it will tip the balance of power in the world.

Putin’s Red Dawn “Checkmate America” Strategy

Not only has Putin undermined NATO and is strategically leaving America alone to fend for itself, he is quickly putting together a quick strike team from which to militarily invade the United

Putin and Ortega

States. As this crisis moves forward, it is amazing how accurate the Red Dawn movie of the 1980’s was almost 30 years ago. Amazingly, Obama has not done one thing to counter the following Latin American Russian military alliance being constructed to invade the United States.

1. According to a March 2014 report by the Strategic Culture Foundation, a progressive, pro-Russian think tank, Nicaragua’s quoted former Sandista leader, Daniel Ortega, who reinstalled himself in 2007 as the Nicaraguan leader stated that  “We are very grateful and very much appreciate the Russian people’s support of our country.” Ortega has accepted the arrival of two Russian strategic bombers and added that more will be on the way as Russia announced that Nicaragua has announced that it will accept routine Russian patrols in both its Caribbean and Pacific ports as well as participating in the joint training of military personnel. Russia and Nicaragua have moved in the direction of a strategic economic and military relationship.

2. putin and fernandezArgentinean President, Cristina Fernández is determined to develop close economic relations with Russia as the left-wing liberal Argentinean leader has invited Russia to invest in fuel projects in an obvious attack upon the Petrodollar. Fernandez also cut a deal with Putin which supports Russia’s grab of Crimea in exchange for Russia’s support of Argentina’s quest to annex the Falkland Islands.

3-5. Ecuador’s President Rafael Correa praised Russia as a “great nation”, while visiting Moscow in October of 2013. Putin was indeed praise-worthy because he

Putin and Correa

promised to invest $1.5 billion into new domestic energy projects in Ecuador. Correa also stated that his country was planning on buying Russian military equipment. Russia has signed several billion dollars of contracts withVenezuela and supplies Bolivia, among other countries from the region with military weapons. The military package includes attack aircraft and helicopters.

6. bric summitBrazilian Defense Minister Celso Amorim, stated that “More than buying military equipment, what we are seeking with Russia is a strategic partnership based on the joint development of technology.” Amorim’s statement is consistent with the fact that Brazil, South America’s most populous nation, has announced that it is planning to purchase short-to-medium-range surface-to-air Pantsir S1 missile batteries and Igla-S shoulder-held missiles from Russia. Previously, Brazil has purchased 12 Mi-35 attack helicopters. Russia and Brazil have also signed an agreement for Brazil to acquire 36 attack aircraft. Amorim said Russia and Brazil would also look at working together on space technology and on defense against cyber attacks, an area that has become a Brazilian priority since disclosures that the NSA  has spied on Brazilians, their president and the country’s largest oil company. Russia is marrying their military with Brazil and Brazil could become Russia’s space partner in “killing” America satellites.

7. russia attacks america red dawn Newly elected El Salvadorian President, Sanchez Ceren, has signed an agreement with Putin entitled “Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on the Foundations of Relations” which pledges economic and military cooperation. Ceren, is a self-declared Marxist-Leninist and is considered to be very-anti American.

Leaders from the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and Russia declared their intention to establish a means of continuous dialogue “to discuss and synchronize positions on international issues.” CELAC includes thirty-three countries in the Americas, but the United States and Canada are excluded. This is the breeding ground of a “Red Dawn Scenario”.

8. Pravda quotes Putin as stating that Russia had obtained the consent of the Cuban leadership to place “the latest mobile strategic nuclear missiles on the Island…”

Putin and Castro

Recently, the Russians surprisingly docked a Russian spy ship in Havana. This is the Cuban Missile Crisis revisited!

Conclusion

The year 2015 looms large as this is the target date for Putin to complete the construction of the EAU and form an alliance with the other BRIC nations. This means that a war will likely take place prior to the end of 2015 or in early 2016. This war will undoubtedly be nuclear with the losing side resorting to the nuclear option.

To my fellow Americans, it is easy to fall in love with Putin and declare him a hero because he is opposing the IMF and the World Bank. However, if Putin has his way, he will become America’s worst nightmare. Putin is under the control of the banksters at the highest level. The Bankers from Basel want World War III. Putin and Obama are merely pawns in the same scheme. What most of us do not realize is that there is the central banking cartel and then there are the people who really run finance on this planet. The central banks, such as the Federal Reserve, are merely mid-level managers which were created to serve a purpose. The coming conflict is about the preservation of central banking as an international element of control. The real power on this planet are above central banking and are pushing the world towards an eventual war of unification.

A subsequent World War III will wipe out all competing economies and out of chaos will come order, the New World Order. We are about to witness an old-fashioned cockfight while the real power brokers are sitting back and waiting for nature to take its course.

Why hasn’t Obama moved to counter Putin’s moves with regard to the energy encirclement of the United States? If Obama were truly representing the people, he would have done so multiple times. Instead, he spends his time on the golf course while Russia encircles America both economically and militarily. If America was truly to be outmaneuvered by Putin from an energy standpoint and the ruination of the Petrodollar and the American economy were at hand, the time to have launched a war against Putin would have been before NATO began to fragment. I can draw no other conclusion than this President is part of the plot and he is fulfilling his Manchurian Candidate mission of undermining America’s chance to prevail in World War III. There is a good chance that America may be forced to capitulate without firing a shot and the “dreams of Obama’s REAL father will be realized”.

Islamic jihadists attack Chechen capital; 20 dead

December 4, 2014

Jihad Watch:

Grozny jihadTime for more government studies on “Islamophobia” to demonize those who have been calling attention to this ever-growing global problem.

“Islamic militants attack Chechen capital; 20 dead,” by Musa Sadulayev and Vladimir Isachenkov, Associated Press, December 4, 2014:

GROZNY, Russia (AP) — Police waged hours-long gunbattles with Islamic militants who attacked Chechnya’s capital Thursday, leaving at least 20 people dead and underscoring Russia’s vulnerability just as President Vladimir Putin used patriotic and religious imagery in his state-of-the-nation address to defend his standoff with the West.

The clashes in Grozny, the city’s biggest in years, dented a carefully nurtured image of stability created by Chechnya’s Kremlin-backed strongman after two separatist conflicts. The new violence raised fears of more attacks in Chechnya and widening unrest in the rest of Russia’s volatile North Caucasus region.

The Kavkaz Center website, a mouthpiece for Islamic militant groups operating in the North Caucasus, carried a link to a video message by an individual claiming responsibility for the attack. The man in the video said he was operating on orders from Emir Khamzat, reportedly a nom de guerre of Chechen warlord Aslan Byutukayev. The claim could not immediately be verified.

The insurgents in Chechnya and other Caucasus regions want to create an independent state governed by their strict interpretation of Islamic law. Some Caucasus militants have traveled to Syria and Iraq to join up with the Islamic State group. IS has vowed to launch attacks in Russia, but there have been no indications to date that it has followed through.

The fighting in Grozny began about 1 a.m., when roughly 10 gunmen riding in three cars fired on traffic police who had stopped them for a check, killing three officers. Some of the militants then holed up in a nearby office building and exchanged gunfire with police who quickly cordoned the area.

The battle left the 10-story Press House, which housed local media offices, gutted by a blazing fire that also spread to a nearby street market. Some gunmen fled to an empty school nearby. It took police more than 12 hours to kill 10 militants, according to Russian authorities, who also reported that 10 officers were killed and 28 wounded.

Russian state television showed video footage of police officers firing automatic weapons and grenade launchers at the three-story school, its windows left shattered and charred.

The gunbattles were still raging when Putin began delivering his address in an ornate Kremlin hall, and the Russian leader sought to cast the violence as a legacy of what he described as foreign support for Chechnya-based insurgents in the past.

We remember high-level receptions for terrorists dubbed as fighters for freedom and democracy,” he said….
